4. Can I return or exchange my handbag?
We accept returns within one week of your purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

6. How long does shipping take?
We offer standard free shipping on orders $50+, which typically arrives in 5–8 business days. If you need your order sooner, we also offer express shipping (1–2 business days) for $7.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
